You have 12 hours from the time your order is placed to request a modification or cancellation. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and we cannot guarantee changes can be made. Please email us as soon as possible at support@joyhangs.com.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot locate it, your email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Please contact us with your full name and the date of purchase and we will look up your order for you.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please refer to your tracking information for delivery updates.

Order Processing
Standard items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For Customized or Made-to-Order items:
- Design confirmation: 3–7 business days (depending on communication and design complexity)
- Production: approximately 7 business days after design confirmation
- Total time before shipment: approximately 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.
International packages are occasionally subject to customs inspection as part of standard procedures. In most cases, packages are released within a few business days without any action required on your part.
We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import duties and taxes are handled on our end. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
If your package has been held for more than 15 business days, please contact us at support@joyhangs.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Please first check whether the package was left in a secure location or accepted by a neighbor. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
Please email us at support@joyhangs.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the applicable return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection completion. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please first contact your bank to confirm whether a refund is currently being processed. If your bank has no record of the refund, please reach out to us at support@joyhangs.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customized and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under standard circumstances. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Color appearance may vary slightly between your screen and the actual product due to differences in device display settings and color calibration standards. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a product defect. Our product photography is conducted under professional conditions to represent colors as accurately as possible.
