Free Shipping on all orders over $29.99. For orders under $29.99, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 will apply at checkout.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping availability is limited to the countries listed above.

Order & Delivery Process

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased and your shipping information. Please review this information carefully and contact us promptly if any corrections are needed.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Customized or Made-to-Order Items:

  • Design confirmation typically requires 3–7 business days, depending on communication and design complexity.
  • Production usually takes approximately 7 business days after design confirmation.
  • Custom items generally require 10–14 business days before shipment.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time.
Example (United States): Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our locations in China and the United Kingdom, depending on stock availability.

Carriers

We work with established international logistics partners, which may include YunExpress, 4PX, China Post, SF Express, Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
The final delivery carrier may vary depending on destination country.
All shipments include tracking information.

Customs Duties & Taxes

We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where applicable. Import duties and applicable taxes are included in the product price, and customers generally will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
For shipments to the United States, packages valued under $800 may qualify for duty-free entry under Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act. Please note that applicable regulations are subject to change without notice. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for the most current requirements.
In rare cases where local authorities apply additional charges beyond our control, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including tracking information.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Once the parcel arrives in your destination country, your local postal service may take over delivery. As the carrier is handling your parcel, they may have more detailed information regarding delivery attempts.

Tracking information is generally available for a limited period depending on the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are protected during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@joyhangs.com within 3 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
Please also report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Change of Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@joyhangs.com as soon as possible.
If an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made. Any additional fees resulting from address correction, rerouting, or reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that such changes may cause delivery delays.
Please provide a valid mailing address when placing your order. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Additional Information

Delivery times may be extended due to weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible once normal operations resume.
